Highlights
Evan-Thomas Creek Loop is considered an easy hike for most of the part, with a moderate challenge closer to the Green Monster waterfall. Approximately, 20 mins into the hike, you get to a fork where you can choose to go left or right, it is a loop and either way, will lead you to the main waterfall. At the time that we explored this trail, the left was not an option due to the snow, so we were unaware of the exciting views we could find on that trail . On the right, you will go over a bridge and the trail will open up to a creek bed with a picnic table where you can relax while you enjoy a snack or lunch.

There are many waterfalls to be viewed as you get further into the hike, ending with two spectacular waterfalls. This is where the hike gets challenging as you will have to scale the side of the rock face with help from chains that are provided. It is a short moderate scaling and soon you will be back on the trail making your way to the Green Monster, it's a must-see. As you can see from the pictures where the name Green Monster came from.

Final Thoughts
You must add this hike to your list as a have-to-see! It has everything that you would like when it comes to a hike. It has the views, the distance and the adrenaline rush to get to the impressive waterfall.
