Highlights
Date Day hike with no kiddos. We decided to re-hike this one and this is why, it is a true beauty! There are so many views of mountains, waterfalls (in our case, frozen waterfalls that were being ice-climbed) and valleys.
The reason we love the Rockies so much is that it all just feels unreal. The sheer size of this mountain is crazy!

As we hiked back, I had this thought that excited every ounce of my soul, to backpack camp through the Rockies. My oldest son has been bagging us to do this for a couple years now and FINALLY, I was game. This moment was the

Final Thoughts
Overall this hike is great for all kinds of hikers, we recommend bringing Crampons if you plan to hike in the winter.
